Challengers had stunning cinematography, a standout score, and a cast people couldn't stop talking about. The challenge was translating the film's premium feel into content that would resonate with a primarily Gen Z audience on their own turf.
I established the visual direction for the campaign, leaning into the film's cinematic footage to create assets that felt high-end even when they were tapping into native TikTok trends and language. I then directed a team of two designers to execute across the full campaign.
The result: a Clio-winning music visualizer series and a TikTok campaign that garnered 220MM collective views, making Challengers one of the most talked-about films of the year.
